Partnerships’ valuation in pharma is a topic of growing importance in recent years, especially since the volume of partnerships has risen dramatically. Over the last decade, the pharma industry has increasingly looked at the biotechnology sector to help replenish its dwindling product pipelines. A symbiotic rela-tionship has been established whereby biotechs provided innovative therapies and in return, pharma firms pumped-in funding and development know-how.

IQPC’s Pharma Partnership Valuation Forum is dedicated to the mechanism of valuation of partnership agreements in terms of optimizing the financial terms of licencing contracts for all sides involved.
